At the start of the Corporate Chocolate Workshop, employees are split into teams. Then, the fun begins! Each team is tasked with rescuing a failing chocolate factory. First, they must plan their chocolate products carefully - thinking of target market, branding, packaging, a killer slogan and a short radio jingle or TV advert. Creating the chocolates is the yummy part - but strategic thinking is vital for a team’s success!

The chocolate-making event ends with short product pitches from each group, judged by an independent panel - who look at cost, quality, creativity, presentation… and, of course, taste!
