The Bigger Picture event is an artistic team-building activity, perfect as a conference ice breaker event or team activity, that illustrates the importance of strong teamwork, creativity, and effective communication.

Unleash your team’s inner artist, to recreate a masterpiece from memory or produce a bespoke design to reinforce your message.

Teams are brought together through the creation of a giant multi-canvas artwork. Everyone’s contribution is discovered during an exciting final reveal.

What’s Involved?

This experience has been specifically designed to improve collaboration of your team regardless of age, experience, or physical abilities. In the initial briefing teams will be shown a Picasso-style painting or a pre-designed artwork that represents your brand, or core values.

Each team will reproduce a section of the painting relying on their team communicator to convey the bigger picture. The event will conclude with all the teams joining their work together to reveal the finished masterpiece.

At previous events, the standard of the final piece has been very high and often clients have taken their ‘teamwork of art’ away with them to display in the office for all to see!
