Buzzmania

Overview

Our ‘BuzzMania’ corporate quiz event is hosted by a personality compere, which is highly engaging and incorporates state of the art computerised buzzer system. Choose from a selection of contrasting rounds including music, movies and activities. BuzzMania is the liveliest quiz event you’ll find.

BuzzMania can be played with up to 10 teams, normally seated in tables for conference or dinner, and can be run straight through, or between courses. The show commences when our professional host takes the stage to introduce the format for the event. Captains are established and ‘Joker Cards’ are made available to each team to earn double points on their chosen round.

What’s involved?

The competition gets underway with an opening ‘Quick Fire’ round, on the buzzers. In other rounds, answers are sometimes written onto printed ‘answer sheets’. The compere then reads through the answers and the sheets are marked, before being collected by our score boys and girls, followed by a quick review of the teams performances.

The competition develops excitingly throughout the evening, with the updating of our scoreboard prior to the start of each round. The final round will establish the BuzzMania champions, and following the prize giving and the plaudits, our team will wrap-up the show, leaving the winners to celebrate.

Personalisation

There are many variables for a BuzzMania quiz show event, and each package is carefully tailored to a client’s specific requirements and circumstances.

We will need to consider: the time available and number of rounds; how many teams and personalised names (we produce signs for each table); which rounds will best suit your audience and the specific content of those rounds; and so on…
