The Events Company deliver full event management solutions for motor giant BMW Group UK
We were engaged by our client BMW Group UK to provide full event management for the BMW One Tour. The aim of the event was to communicate their brand strategy to all employees throughout the UK. In order to deliver the clients brand strategy, we worked alongside BMW to plan a series of roadshows throughout the UK to engage all associates. The chosen destinations were Mini Plant Oxford, BMW Swindon and BMW Hams Hall.
Our event managers had multiple challenges to overcome during the planning of the event. Due to the nature of the business our biggest challenge was accommodating the different shift patterns. As the venues were working active environments our event managers had to design events that suit the working patterns which run throughout a 24-hour period. Other complexities included limited space to accommodate working shift patterns and designing a custom built stage set that fully maximised the best use of space.
Working closely with BMW, we delivered in excess of 25 shows nationwide. Our services provided full event management, production and audio visual technology. To achieve the clients objectives, our in-house creative team produced an environment that positively reflected their brand. For each venue location we designed and built custom stage sets to communicate the clients main message. In addition, we created breakout rooms for syndicate sessions throughout the venues and built temporary structures and stage sets to host further sessions. Our other responsibilities included providing and managing onsite catering, delegate registration and onsite management.
