The Events Company designed a bespoke exhibition stand design and build.
Our client, Matrix Housing Partnership, approached us to offer a bespoke exhibition stand design and build. The aim of the clients brief was to attract delegates to their space and positively promote their brand at the Chartered Institute of Housing Exhibition, which was hosted at Manchester Central. Our event managers challenges included the design of an exhibition stand that quickly engages their audience, while maximising the space available using CAD’s and floor plans. We worked alongside Matrix to design an exhibition stand that suits the business and event objectives. The strategy used was based on visitor engagement and incentive. After careful consideration of the brief, we designed a custom built exhibition stand themed around the strapline ‘A Marvellous Mix’. The stand was designed around the shape of a colourful sweet shop and included an array of colours, statistics, information and content. We kept in mind Matrix’s colours, and motifs and incorporated all the housing partnership’s different brands.
The stand design also came complete with a branded campaign. A huge amount of planning went into the design and build of the stand and graphic panels. We also produced promotional literature and branded sweet bags to incentivise visitors. The modern lighting and contemporary furniture, drew the visitors onto the stand.
We provided the following exhibition stand design services:
- Exhibition design & build
- Event production & management
- Sound, lighting & audio visual support
- Creation of visually engaging space for delegates to network
- Print & design of all communication materials
The stand was simply fantastic and was short listed for stand of the year. The evening was a great success with fantastic speakers: Wayne Hemmingway MBE and inspirational speaker Richard McCann.
