Following a competitive tender process, we were selected by a well know automotive company to host their 100th Anniversary Celebrations throughout the UK. To celebrate this momentous occasion, the client chose to host a family fun day for all its employees at various sites throughout the UK.
18,000 – 22,000 Attendees
The Events Company were tasked to event manage all aspects of their anniversary celebration and ensure all activities and events reflect their brand values. The event was hosted in three different sites across the UK for approximately 22,000 attendees.
Our main challenge was to deliver the event within a short time scale with budget constraints and getting the right balance of activities for all ages groups vs the number of guests. To ensure that we exceeded the client’s objectives for their anniversary celebration, we provided a structured plan of activities, throughout the day to entertain the masses.

To host an event of this scale we required large amounts of infrastructure including safety barriers, medical cover and structures. Also, due to the scale of the site and to add additional value for the attendees, we organised land trains to ferry guests to and from the activity field and plant tours.
