We were tasked with curating an authentic British experience for our clients’ customers—many of whom had journeyed from different corners of the globe to attend. This annual event serves as a pivotal gathering for ISUZU and its valued distributors, creating a space not only to celebrate shared successes but also to reflect thoughtfully on the challenges encountered throughout the year. Oatlands Park Hotel was selected as the ideal backdrop for this prestigious event. Just a 25-minute drive from Heathrow Airport, it offered both elegance and convenience for our international guests.

Striking the right balance between business and leisure was key. We collaborated closely with the client’s agenda, suggesting optional bolt-on activities that complemented the schedule. These experiences gave guests valuable opportunities to network, unwind, and soak in the surroundings. Fortunately, the British weather was on our side—it was glorious!

Every detail, from a relaxed garden BBQ and an exciting GPS treasure hunt in the heart of London to a memorable dinner at Heddon Street Kitchen, was carefully curated to showcase the very best of British hospitality—and everything we’re proud to be known for.
