Customised iPad Quiz Barcadia

Overview

We were tasked with creating an interactive quiz tailored specifically to our client’s industry. To bring this vision to life, we developed a bespoke iPad quiz. Tom worked closely with the client to design multiple rounds, each accompanied by corresponding imagery and sound stings. The quiz was seamlessly integrated into the evening’s event, collaborating with the host, AV team, and sponsors to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all.

Our goal was to create an immersive and entertaining activity that enhanced the overall event atmosphere while maintaining a high level of professionalism and coordination.

Solution

We built an 8-round bespoke quiz on our iPad quiz platform, which included personalised video intros and all necessary imagery. The event was delivered to a group of 150 finance professionals, split into 24 teams, with each team answering electronically on their own iPads. Hosted by a professional compère, the quiz covered various aspects of finance, and after the 8 rounds, the winning team was awarded their trophy.

To ensure the quiz was executed flawlessly, we joined multiple teams to collaborate with client, ensuring the content was shared and refined efficiently. We provided flexibility and availability, accommodating any last-minute changes right up until the event. To enhance the AV experience, we added additional screens for extra support, ensuring seamless delivery. We also supplied competent, well-trained crew to assist Tom, allowing him to focus on client communication and ongoing adaptations.

This cohesive approach resulted in a smooth, successful, and engaging event for all involved.

Result

The event was a great success, with positive feedback received from both the client and attendees. One of our freelance crew members was even awarded a voucher in recognition of his outstanding efforts. The event not only showcased our ability to deliver high-quality experiences but also paved the way for potential future business opportunities.
