For this corporate summer party, Vivid Resourcing needed a format that felt polished, professional and aligned with their brand, but also informal enough to encourage guests to relax, connect and enjoy the occasion.

Set within the prestigious grounds of Champneys Mottram Hall, in Cheshire, the event also had to make full use of the venue’s setting, creating the right visual impact while ensuring the guest journey felt seamless.

From the initial planning stages through to live delivery, expert coordination was required to balance logistics, entertainment, branding, production and venue operations into one cohesive experience.

Our solution created a smooth transition from conference to celebration, moving guests from the formal business element into the grounds of Champneys Mottram Hall. We also provided AV support to ensure company updates and messaging were delivered clearly before the event progressed into its festival format.

EVENT DESIGN & STYLING

The outdoor space became a festival-style setting with street food, flags, bunting, props and furniture. A covered stage hosted live acts and a DJ, while stretch marquee offered shade and a slick bar service, offering a range of beverages including cocktails. A large tipi structure created a dedicated silent disco zone, adding a fun and unique late-night experience.

The layout encouraged guests to explore all zones, from informal seating and conversation, eating and drinking, to dancing and singing. After the celebration, coaches transported guests into central Manchester, extending the party and giving the event a memorable finale.
