Overview

The sailing days offer delegates a shared experience in challenging and arduous surroundings, which promotes cohesion and team development. Individuals and teams become actively resourceful and proactive in dealing with real life weather conditions, this in turn can be related to day-to-day problem solving within a business environment.

Our Team Sailing

At the beginning of the Team Sailing experience, guests are given a familiarisation session by the boats’ skipper and crew member. Once confident, each guest is given a role and put to the test. The guests work together to race the 40ft yacht against the elements or better still, race against another boat. This can be done in a half-day experience or over 2 days. During the 2 day experience, guests stay on dry land overnight and enjoy Cowes hospitality before racing the next day back to Gosport.

This high end experience is a team building day to remember with professional, experienced and friendly crew to look after you. We also provide an all weather kit! For an ultimate sailing experience we can also create a bespoke chartered experience for you and your colleagues.
