Hosted by our expert chocolatier, guests will learn all about the world of chocolate and the different variations of cocoa and methods that influence the flavour and texture.

Depending on your objectives we can provide a variety of bespoke chocolate experiences designed to fascinate guests of all ages.  Our most popular packages include;

The Tasting Adventure

Groups will learn how to taste chocolate a selection of rare & vintage chocolates and bestselling truffles and white and dark chocolates. Guests will learn about the influence of the terroir in growing cocoa and how this effects flavour detailing the history and harvesting process of cocoa, tasting the likes of freshly roasted cocoa beans. Guests will also tour the on-site chocolate machinery, learning how we make luxury chocolates.  This includes informal games for the guests too to encourage their competitive streak. This package includes two glasses of prosecco per person and a goodie bag to take home.

The Bean to Bar chocolate making Experience

This experience includes a short chocolate tasting to learn how best to taste chocolate including some of our rare & vintage cocoa range; insight into the cocoa harvesting process with tasting the likes of cocoa pulp and fresh cocoa beans; a tour of the on-site machinery and learning how we make our chocolate as a brand; the opportunity to make your own chocolate bars from cocoa bean to bar and a tempering demonstration with the chance for one of the group to give it a go. Also included here would be two glasses of prosecco per person and a goodie bag to take home.

Our chocolate tasting experience is available from our school of chocolate in central London.  Alternatively, we can come to your offices or venue and host our chocolate apprentice event to awaken your team’s passion and creativity.
