Bomb The Castle

This one of the most popular Its A knockout activties 'Bomb The Castle'. All the team members are utilised to form a human chain along which the bombs (wet sponges) are sent to be thrown over the castle walls. A team mate on the other side of the wall collects the sponge and squeezes it into a container. The team with the most water collected wins the points.
